• Will they use American spellings (criticize, analog, recognize, defense) and not British spellings (criticise, analogue, recognise, defence) which can complicate spell check and word index and word search capability?
• Are they bringing multiple laptops to the depositions for attorneys who have connectivity problems in Asia?
• Can they provide laptops to the interpreters to facilitate a smooth-flowing deposition?
